38 days done. A bit impressed but no time for feeling too relaxed or I've conquered it for all future. Need to watch out still.
Checking in although in the morning I felt like doing nothing later on the day I completed 40min of weight lifting and 30 min of jogging plus some more excersise with ease nofap is good
Im in! New to the community and honestly done with PMO. Been abstaining from PMOing in my own but then relapse and feeling so bad I cant do it anymore. May this 6 month challenge be succesfull to all of us. May we all be happy and free!

Be strong, small steps. My best in 2015 was like 8 days and relapse 16 days and relapse 40 days (my target then) and relapse for reward. So just try to increment your streaks and can do any challenge!

Checking in. End of day 5 and NoFap. My libido is going crazy, really hard to concentrate on anything but I'm gonna keep going.
Day 10 Wow. I'm feeling good. Really really good. Ive always loved playing soccer but always been bad. Anxiety and lack of confidence, all that. But during this nofap period, I've been very confident with zero anxieties. I'm not afraid to try things on the field, things i previously considered impossible or was too scared to try. This Has changed me.
Im in! on day 39. Around 90 was my longest streak! Feeling this thread may be give me the extra motivation.... There has been a pattern in the times I relapsed...I rarely smoke weed now a days and for me ive noticed it makes me hornier and more indulgent in general ( munchies, masturbation, bad at saving money, ect) lol Each of the times I relapsed I had been away from smoking weed the entire streak, and then without me even looking or planning to smoke weed, some friend would come along with some, or it would appear in my world and temptation for relaxation came along! This time I hope to build up my armor against temptation more, more meditation,yoga,ect for relaxation instead. Wish me luck lol Thanks for this thread!
Day 3 done, tomorrow will be Day 0 of no alcohol. need to do something about the waistline. Lost 12 kg in 6 months but need to loose 5 kg more. Hopefully waist will be 88 m but I have my doubts :-(
