Day 2 checking in. - Stricter daily schedule - Better workout regime - Feeling focused and ready to work my way back up
Day 23. will be a WARRIOR soon! Improvements: -less worring and self judgement -more emotionally stable -happier -I wake up feeling happy. + happiness is a great thing to pass on to ppl around you. -more confidence in myself -more physical energy We can make it together. If we fall, we get back up. We treat each others wounds. These wounds become battle wounds. Wounds of a legend. Wounds that can tell a story. What diden‘t kill the Viking, only made him stronger!!
Day 6 checking Meditation Workout Studying. Doing really good by now. Will not let this momentum pass.
Day 31✔ -Willpower-Exercise✔ -Meditation once ✔ -at least 8 hours Dissertation: approx. 6/8 hours ➕ -pc and telephone rules ➕ -Timetable 100% compliance ➕ Yesterday I became Viking Warrior. But it's about fighting again, urges are coming back. Tomorrow I have to do heavy sports.
Day 6 This thing is getting better day by day. My determination power and reward system are like rebooting themselves
Day 32✔ -Willpower-Exercise✔ -Meditation once ✔ -at least 8 hours thesis: approx. 6/8 hours ➕ -pc and telephone rules ➖ -Timetable 100% compliance ➖ Had lazy hours aroud noon and some small urges. Wasn't able to make brutal work outs the last 2 weeks, trained only soft, dure to my injured shoulder. But I am recovering and had a brutal workout this morning. I found out, that the effect of sports on the urges increases by some days and you alos loose it only some days or about a week after last workout. The next 6 days will be hard, because I have to finish a step for my thesis in short time.

Day 33✔ -Willpower-Exercise ✔ -Meditation twice ✔ -at least 8 hours thesis: approx. 9/9 hours ✔ -pc and telephone rules ➕ -Timetable 100% compliance ➕ As I planed I learned the whole day. But tomorrow I want to keept the planed blocks too. Urges a lower than yesterday, due to sports I guess. Tomorrow evening I go dancing with a girl, don't know if it will become a date. But have to make it the day before to be in good mood.
Day 8 checking Study, Exercise, Healthy Diet. This really feels good. NoFap has made me feel fresh all the day.
