No offence was taken at all. I was just joking. Sometimes my sarcasm comes off as not nice :)

    PS... joking again.

  2. Hi @HopeFaith
You are absolutely right, we use PMO to run away from pain or uncomfortable situations.
You do not know where to go right now, you feel disoriented and lost.
But you know that you need to quit PMO, and we are all here to help you to succeed.

I can share with you some of the things that helped me in this fight, perhaps some of this can help you:

    1. I recommend you to create your own "Emergency Toolbox" with readings that can be handy to read when you start feeling urges to screw up.
I can share this post with you with my own Emergency Toolbox, it helped me a lot during the first few months, i had them in my cell and read them every time I started falling down:

Inspiring sir. Telling your kids you are going on a trip to "celebrate life" is excellent. Not only does the term hide from them what they do not need to know, but it also is just telling them you can enjoy life and do great things for no other reason than just to enjoy life. I suggest you do these "celebrate life" trips at least once a month with your family. After a while, they won't be about celebrating anything. You'll have your life on track, PMO behind you and you'll actually being going on a "celebrate life" trip for no other reason than to do just that.
    All the best

    Wow, man. So inspirational!

  9. Thank you very much @nopenotdoinit! for your warm remarks
I am happy to report that every day I am feeling much more free and happy.
These past two weeks I have had several problems at work and a lot of stress, which was usually the trigger for my long PMO sessions.
This type I feel different: although I am stressed by my job, this does not trigger any urges or obsessions about having sex with any guy I like on the street
