    The most important action you can take is to limit your food intake, and avoid eggs and too much meat as well as too spicy foods. And never eat before bedtime, eat your last meal always atleast 4 hours before you go to bed.

    I try not to eat within 3 hours of bed if I can help it, but sometimes it's more like 2 hours. I'm a vegetarian, and don't eat eggs. What many people don't know is that garlic and onion family plants can fire up alot of lust in the body. This is a false type of sex drive, it just stimulates your desire, I'm not sure about the mechanism of action but there's science behind it. A genuine boost to libido would be maca, goji, or any other healthy herb of the libido enhancing variety.

    Perhaps this I why I rarely get wet dreams? Now I just need to quit caffeine because the stimulation leads me to relapse in my waking hours. I'm already a stimulated person and caffeine for me is purely a buzz.

    I really need to get a streak going.

    Not working, drinking alcohol, and not being resolved to maintain a streak. I have so much other anxiety in my life right now, but I guess if I look deeply it all goes back to my last PMO relapse a little over a month ago. The 'anxiety' I am dealing with should end in 3 weeks, I'm praying it ends well and I can move forward with my life.

    It seems once I start getting a few days going the thing that causes me to slip is taking a drink.

    I don't have any experience with alcohol (apart from half a beer once a week, lol). Might it help to get some specific support with this and tackle it in parallel with PMO. Anything else that exacerbates sexual desire e.g. drugs is best addressed, otherwise you are always taking one step forward and two steps back.

    Yep, vegetarian diet is the best diet you possibly could eat for this purpose. It's excellent for the reboot. And spices, onion, garlic and everything "hot" fires up lust yes, that's why they should be avoided. Those articles are WD makers.

    I agree, the body still needs to do routine maintenance. For every amount of work, there will always be some waste.

    I'm going to start using some subreddits to keep a close eye on the intoxication problem as it seems to not just go away if I don't keep it in my mind that I have a problem.

    I think my problem is dopamine abuse. I crave it, whether from fapping, alcohol, or caffeine, which all lead me back to the biggest dopamine blaster when they stop providing gratification which are amphetamines. The downward spiral.

    I'm going to start supplementing mucuna while I get sober and I feel this will help greatly with my dopamine crazed brain problem, until the benefits of NoFap start to kick in. Also going to start doing cardio five days a week to keep my brain happy with endorphins and a flood of neurotransmitters.

    Might I ask why you are also trying not to listen to music? I admire your aspirations, just curious if tying all those into one reset counter is benefitting you in your NoFap quest? I mean say you imbibe in some caffeine and reset your counter, yet you had like 60 days PMO free? Would that then encourage you to have a PMO relapse because your counter was reset anyways? Sorry I can't help but think like an addict as you can see. And I certainly don't mean to tell you how to setup your counter. I just was thinking about my own problems and relating to your counter.

    I'm a music addict too, constantly listening to music and giving my brain dopamine hits. I want my mind clear and calm, relaxed so it can recover properly. Removing music temporarily from my life might have a minor effect on my reboot but I'm willing to do whatever it takes.

    And no, I don't really care about counters and stuff. I'm pretty happy with this year and I'm pretty sure that I will not relapse to pornography. I will avoid getting drunk (it's very hard for me, all of my friends uses alcohol every weekend) because that takes away my control a bit, I've relapsed so many times under the influence of alcohol, and I want to avoid intercourse with girls as well, everything related to sex. I'm going completely celibacy at least 365 more days.

    PMO makes you more prone to addiction in general. After 2 months of abstinence I quit tobacco because I no longer craved it as much. Everytime I ejaculate, from a wet dream or masturbation/sex, I feel empty afterwards and I feel an immediate urge to fill this "void" with either alcohol, marijuana, cigarettes, MORE sex/orgasm, coffee and music.

    When I've been in total celibacy for a while it's like my body charges up and I no longer crave those things, atleast not as much. I read also that after ejaculation you're hyperreactive to most kind of drugs and that seems quite right to me based on my own experience.

    You might be on to something about not eating meats and eggs. I'm a Vegan and have yet to have a wet dream during my 83 day streak. In fact, I never had a wet dream in my entire life and I'll be 29 years old next week.
