Never Thought It Would Come to This: 90 Days of Freedom

Day 6: it’s all coming together now, I’m starting to realize that my painful feelings and sensations come and go. Even the really really painful ones. They aren’t permanent. I’m ready for the rest of this journey now. I may upload less posts here from now on, but I’m glad I finally see the truth. PMO has no place in my life any more.

 

Day 7: Crazy ass day , dad went to ER. for an unknown allergy that made his whole body red…universe telling me something ? Probably, I’m glad he’s ok now though . More urges today, and more tension to fap. But I shall not !

 

Week 2 Day 8: Feeling a little crappy today, but it’ll pass. It’s a Monday, after all. might as well be shit. Gonna keep trucking day by day. No excuses. No setbacks. No past no future let’s go .

 

Week 2: felt like shit so far, Nofap is kicking my ass. I am also feeling lazy, headache , unmotivated, fatigued, tired , and exhausted. Gonna take an afternoon nap now to recharge. Not much else to add today, just waiting until I can have sex again with my SO

 

Week 2 Day 10: Just don’t use the phone in your bed . That will solve 99% of your Nofap issues . That’s my philosophy this week. And if you have decided to go on Nofap, no matter how much you relapse, you will infinitely and eternally end up in the same situation: Wednesday or Thursday, your mind asking you “hey dude , you haven’t nut at all this week, let’s do it!” And you are faced with that choice week after week until the weeks turn into months and the months turn into years. So therefore:
Read a damn book
Play a damn instrument
Do a damn workout
Do a damn meditation
Go for a damn walk
Relax your damn self
That’s my motto this week!

 

Day 12: Got a busy 3 months ahead. Good it’ll make me busy . Urges coming and going , it’s all good.

 

Week 3 Day 14: Finally made it this far. It’s kind of emotional if I stop for a minute and think about it. I’ve been trying to get here for years, and beating myself up when I fail week after week, year after year. It can really take a toll on your confidence. Nowadays I go with the flow of life, if today life wants to bring me unbearable pain, so be it! If life wants to give me joy and happiness today, so be it! If it wants to give me both or neither, so be it! It’s all good baby. It’s all good. Let’s keep going and don’t look back

 

Day 16: big ass urge at the moment, was peeking at some P, I’m gonna sleep now. Not trying to give myself more pain. Scary shit. Peace out for now
