I saw some naked boobs on the train today. Success Story : )

I proud of myself today. I'm based in the UK and the wealthier is hot. I was sat on the train and notice this young lady had a strange cut t shirt. She had her back towards me and was cuddling her baby. On the side of her t shirt, there is nothing. She bent down and I saw her boobs.

Within 3 seconds I realized what has happened and I got up and walked for an other 2 minutes and sat somewhere else. A part of me wanted to stay but I'm glad I didn't, this will cause a relapse of either P or M. One thing would lead to an other.

Now in the new seat, I'm so happy I have the discipline to just walk away. I feel so good : ) I hope in future, what ever happens or any temptations that presents in self, I want to have the power to resist. Life will always chunk something at you, when you are off guard. I'm glad at that moment I was able to resist.

I was sad in the beginning because I wanted to stay but 30 seconds later I was so happy. I now know I have a chance to beat this PM.

The downside is I have a little image in my head. Hopefully the image with disappear quickly.

Before I knew about nofap I would always hide away and look. Now I know its really bad. I will not feed into my porn urges ever. In order to weaken it, I will have to look away.

 

I believe she was young and hot from the glance. I didn't wait to find out. I believe it would have strengthened the porn urges, so I didn't take the chance.

I can't because I'm in a big flat line right now. It's like I never improved at all but obviously I'm still re wiring and improving. Multiple flat lines are normal, I just have to keep myself busy.
