Day 0, I think the chaser trapped me. I willn't quit nofap. I started it 2 quit PMO it can't make me quit nofap. I relapsed I'll try again.
Day 1 complete. I felt that after this relapse my journey isnt affected much. I went to gym too and it feels like I haven't relapsed.
Day 40, I messed up... starting again day 0 :( but I am happy I did a fap free January 2021. This is year lets make it a one time deal only
