  Great u have completed a month donot fall..keep a strong guard against triggers donot edge.meditate,workout..keep mind occupied..donot get jealous of others donot fall into self pity(both are a type of ego..I am struggling with it) fight on brother...

    When I first joined the first thing i noticed was the counters. I thought, "how the hell am i going to do this, I've never gone more than a few weeks at the most between M's". Stick with it... it's surprising how much inspiration is sought by those who are just joining.

    @octavian thank you for that. I do work out everyday but I just lacked motivation and I wanted to find solace in PMO but resisted the urge. It's about time I started living and dealing with both the good and the bad. Today was just a bad day. But I'm proud I came away strong.
