Good you are keeping up. My routine is none ATM, I had a crash on my bike and broke my collarbone. Still haven't gone back to working out. Been riding and running, also cold plunging but the most recently I got sick and not able to do any of this things, unfortunately. I miss it and cant wait to get back doing them. Where you said you were from? France?

Damn that sounds awful. Were you on a high speed? I'm also pretty sick the last couple of weeks. So my routine is 2x per week at max. I'm not actually from France. Let's just say I'm close to it. Wrote me if you want to try a new hardmode streak. I'm planning a long softmode streak but wouldn't mind to start with hm.

Absolutely it does help to abstain from P. Similar situation here. I am going out with some friends more because we are riding together now. The sport, in my case cycling, has a great bonding impact on friendships. Try maybe finding somebody to go running with or someone to go to the gym with.

I am not taking the challenges too seriously, that is my problem. The best for me would be to open up to a friend about my problem and share my struggles in person.

Yeah I probably should join a sports club or something... Going to the gym and running is very lonely. I'm also quite competitive so that would probably be beneficial for my gains. Maybe you can look for an accountability partner online. IRL this topic can often get weird. Although that doesn't apply to all people ofc.

It’s just a constant struggle, but at least I have something to strive for. Every day without PMO feels like an accomplishment. I know why I do this, I do not want to be a slave...

@M_H it was like this for the past days, mostly because of me working a lot and also had stomach sickness. But right, sometimes it’s like this during the streaks for some reason. It will pass, for now I am enjoying the zero temptation mode I am in :)
