I'm so glad you are back!!! The community is good, but remember it still comes down to you. You and only you can change. I think what helps about this site is that if you're reading about rebooting/nofap stuff, then at least you're not PMOing during that time. That's the way i see it. I realize this site gives me an alternative form of dopamine that doesn't come from unhealthy source like P

Iam so happy for you. Iam still lagging and have to make myself pretty much clear about no PMO. I came to nofap a while before but I didnt updated regularly , and I paid the price. Got some holidays but being idle is the worst form of triggrr. You guys make me unstoppable in my nofap streak and iam looking forward to have a great streak with you guys .keep going!!!
