Good morning, Back to square 1.

I've noticed I get more sexually frustrated when I've had a stressful day in the office. Thinking about numbers always gets me stressed.

Kind of difficult when my wife isn't in the mood but I am. How do you guys deal with that?

I failed today. I must be weird or something but I can't really go passed a week without having sex.

It's shocking how out and open it is on the media. Youtube is also filled with it. Music videos as well.

Even shows that I'd like to watch like (Game of Thrones) is very hardcore with sex that I much prefer not to watch it.

I've discovered that overall the Internet is a useful tool but it's much more riskier to fall to temptation because of it.

I believe that a lot of my downfall also has to do with the music I listen to. I enjoy listening to music that is essentially about sex.

What are some ways that you all have learned to not see things in a sexual manner?

Feeling disappointed with myself. Every time i fall I feel as if overcoming this is slowly exceeding my grasp.
