I relapsed yesterday unfortunately. At least not on porn. So I'm looking forward to at least double my streak on PMO.
The question is what did you learn from the relapse? Maybe time to clean out your masturbation station? Lube, sex toys, various "things" that you keep conveniently in one place? Throw them out? If you are trying to quit masturbation why have all that stuff so readily available.
Well.. The only thing that happend was another relapse. and this time on porn. Damn that sucks. What I see is that every further relapse is worse. And I learnt that Boredom is dangerous. I really have to find my triggers and remove them
