Yes take a break. Keep warm and cozy instead. Restart taking them when you're better. Try to be extra vigilant during illness though, speaking from experience, our bodies tend to feel exhausted and our mind instinctively tries to sway towards the same old habits.

Try your best to not be alone, or when you go for rest, toss away any potential gateways (smartphones, laptops, anything else too), get well soon Jewish Girl! God Bless you.
