Now i get it!!
Actually i had an injure and a backache last week and i am on hiatus at the moment,not a real deal,just for precaution,i 'll get back after 15th of August when i will return from summer hollidays.Not a six pack yet,but a 4 pack,the low abs are still hidden behind fat.I hope they ill show up next summer.
