I relapsed as well man, and I hate it too. Take what lessons you can from this slip and use them to make your next run even better. And remember that you are no less strong for having suffered a slip and no less courageous for having been forced to start your march toward 90 days over once again. On the contrary just by trying to get free of this you are wining a great victory.
Think back how many times in the past have you looked at Porn or MO'd without even marking it as important, now look how far you have come today. You are wining this battle just by fighting it in the first place and in time I know that you will beat this. : )
In our drug worst moment is: every relapse is overdose! After that overdose we are "death" 3 monts and more:( i relapse, few days before :( i wish you all the best @Nithin Adarsh now: vitamines, minerals, sport, meditation and WATER!
