So be it. We are stronger that we seem at first glance. Pursuing goals is a way to beat depression. Another one is recalling past successes and recognizing tiny current successes. Good luck! I know how you feel. I've been in this state a lot.
Also do this simple trick: lie down, close your eyes, breathe slowly for a while then bring back some of your best memories (everybody without exception has something). Then notice how you feel afterwards.
I make the same mistake with nofap. I hear a lot of tips but somehow I don't follow them. Maybe we both partially "accepted" the current state although it may seem a bit irrational but addicted humans find excuses to maintain the current state. Or I follow them during the day but at night I somehow don't. I rationalize it: I fought well so now... I can relapse.
