May I know how long your current streak has been my friend?

I’m at about 420 days now and on August 26, 2022 it will be 500 days. I expect it to be at least a couple of years to recover, but it doesn’t matter because I will never indulge in any pmo behaviors ever again.

@Buddhabro2.0 I am currently in my longest streak of 56 days. Your experience would help me keep going and better understand what I am going through. Since I was indulged in PMO for a really long time I don't know what exactly a reboot must feel like.
