Difficult to do! What kind of questions?

What I mean is, instead of saying that "I am going to do this today or I will not do this or that.", try to undertstand the situation and ask, "What can I do today that will help me achieve my goals?", "What small thing that I can modify today that will make it easier to act on my goals?". Some thing like that. :-)
