Selam, bro. I would say that is simply a symptom of withdrawal. Your brain is used to getting that hit of dopamine, which you're now not giving it. İt's reminding you how to get that dopamine, which it's now not going to get through porn anymore.
I would say, take steps to get your mind on something else. Go for a walk, read a book, start a project. Eventually, a few weeks or months down the road, your brain will realize this is the new normal, and slow/stop replaying those images. Takes time, though
Ok. As long as u don’t react to it. By watching it. We can't control our thinking. Thought suppression usually backfires. So don’t force your thoughts. Just observe them. They will get less effective. We process unfiltered thoughts outside consciousness. They come and go in consciousness. So observe thoughts. Free your mind by not forcing them.
