Did you experienced failure during the beggining of this challenge like relapses etc ?
@Malik gilroy i cannot say i get urges...because i am always trying to control my thoughts and be aware of them..but honestly..at some points..i get weird dreams...and in my dream it feels like a part of my brain invites me to pmo and another big part of my brain screams nooo...that's bad for us...
...it may seem weird but it is true...so..i just know that the fear of failure and relapses are still with me in my subconsious mind and that is good cause it helps me not put my guards down.
@Malik gilroy ofcourse i have failed in my early days...in fact i failed alot...before i join nofap the site and after i joined it...i had many failures and relapses...but i wanted to succeed..and here i am now:)
