Keep it up, the brain will try to trick you, don't fall for stupid brain traps. Brain is really smart in setting up traps. We must stay aware. :)

Yes, the mind (मन) does not deserve to be the master. So we have to make it our loyal servant. It is hard to do but not impossible. We can do it.mate
Yes, meditation helps a lot in controlling the mind. But nothing will be done by meditation only. Lord Krishna has told the formula to control the mind in the Gita. That I am trying to follow.
