same happens to me usually. i say we can't be perfect everyday so we have to find a way to deal with days we don't have discipline or simply not in the mood. I used to ruin everything just for one mistake like not waking up early. perfectionist! so now I focus one thing at a time. used to think it's a bullshit advice, but u gotta choose going slow and steady or not go at all. hope I made my point :)

Thanks for sharing. I fully agree. I have now attached so much value to the no PMO counter that I consider it my failure if I relapse. It's not an easy journey so have to make such hard choices.
