Well.. i heard it when I was searching on Google how to control Stage Fright n ended up watching a yt video n there was this wamen who said "Where the focus goes.. Energy flows..."

She meant if u just focus on givin yo goddam speech u won't f up n if u focus on yo fear... Umm you'll get wat u want that's all she meant by that
n I loiked dat quote.
So, I quickly wrote it down in my diary of quotes..
