I do intermittent fasting daily with a 23 hour fast and 1 hour eating window. So 1 meal a day mainly consisting of plant based whole foods vegan goodness.
@marleymellowmood Fasting is a good habit and a healthy one.It is also recommended to make balance between fasting and eating. Like fasting less than 23 hours or less amount of daily fasting unless that is totally fine to you!
