You better not fast more than 15 hours a day cause it makes you so weak and might be harmful! Fasting from sunrise to sunset is the best duration. Just like Ramadan...
I did 164 km on bike starting yesterday at noon after fasting for 18 hours, so I definitely wasn´t weak then :) The first time I realized I am weak was 3 hours ago. It wasn´t like not enough sleep, rather just sit down and do nothing, time´ll pass.
It greatly boosts performance at the beginning.. I don´t understand why empty stomach is bad, you have ten times more willpower to do nofap and in initial stages also every activity.
