I got up late and then was in a hurry to get everything done. I forced myself to slow down and realize that I had caused my harried pace this morning and I am able to not repeat it by getting up with my alarm, and going to bed on time, or even early.
My decisions the day and night before have longer lasting consequences than yesterday. I will go to bed on time to get up on time and not be harried and hurried in the morning.
Easily distracted this morning. another side effect of not enough sleep. No is the time to step away from nofap and focus on what I get a paycheck to do.
