@letter - They might be afraid but I'm not. Fapping is not just a spiritual sin but also causes unnecessary weakness. I feel feeble & week and I ain't got control over myself once I get stuck in this cycle. I'm here for a reason and I'm defending myself.
It's just I'm curious to know if people use this as a possible excuse to refrain escaping from PMO.
I don't think 80 year olds are masturbating much. Just a statistic I saw. Overall, I doubt that edging with death-grip whilst watching almost-violent pornography is a good idea.
@SirErnest - Professor, I indirectly meant to say that the 90% of those 80% might've never practiced NoFap. They might have been masturbating on a regular basis..
The concern is : Getting Prostate Cancer by not fapping..?
And indeed, be it edging or climaxing whilst watching Porn, it is never a good idea.. I guess, that's why we "Fapstronauts" are here for! Conquering
PMO! ;)
Good point. What I know is that even when I was a teen, it was not possible to watch porn and masturbate. This problem really is new, and I fear for the young men.
Yes, @ImStrongAK, that is why I wrote what I did. Many do use prostate health as an excuse, and it is pushed through advertisements to keep men in PMO because it is profitable.
Though it is not true, it is believed because the lie plays upon the emotions.
Humans have cells that are dividing and multiplying all the time. There are tumour cells that form and die. Every one of us has a risk of developing cancer from those tumour cells.
I completely agree with @letter. It's all well-played lie.
@MrBean - Oh.. thanks for the great info, Dr. Bean! ;)
When my grandpa died because of cancer, I was told that cancer cells grow/multilpy abnormally and even possess the tendency to stop the growth of haemoglobin.. they dilute the blood. Is this true?
Well, if you talk about cancer patients in general, all patients who have undergone chemotherapy would have a low RBC count/anemia. Haemoglobin being the protein present on RBC would decrease in count as well.
Now, if we speak about cancer causing anemia then it would be certain types of cancers like leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma.
