I know it's hard. But what's the fun if it's easy? If you think about the number of days you've abstained, it's pretty stunning. You know how it feels to start from scratch. Just keep reminding yourself of the more rewarding life you would have when you're over this addiction.

Thanks friends :)... yah ...i cant wait to reach day 100 . There is no more big fights if you are smart( i wasnt) . Its same with other addictions too ...we can live happier without them in our life
