Moderate exercise, other positive activities, stopping the thoughts when they arise with a mantra, meditation, cold shower, no/less booze and drugs, no looking and no touching. Plus simple resistance!
Just remember what a relapse does to you how it makes you feel after and you don't want to stay stuck on the cycle of having to start again it's not worth it. You will win this war but you need to believe it and place your eyes on the reward which is peace of mind and many other good things :)
