You put a long strand of it, on the floor, sticky part facing up. Put your hands together, and roll.

Make sure that when you roll, only your hands are touching the tape... and... M'wah, you got your hands bound! :P

Hahaha, Simon, I do it when needed. I get out of the tape, because, I use the hand rest of a bench I have in my bedroom, to cut the tape. The hand rest has a sharp tip. I could use the Katana hanging on my wall, but--- :o That could end bad!

OMG! Cutting yourself out of your restraints with a Samurai sword could end in blood and tears, yeah! :o

XD, yeah! But, I could go very slowly, because katana can cut anything, with a small movement.
