I had similar problem last year ...i was delaying too much and i wasted almost a year feeling like shit and miserable. It helps setting off on a date that matters to you ...and toughing out the first weeks.Easier said than done . You have got this ...but dont delay if possible
You're totally right, delaying and procrastinating are the major reasons to relapse especially in the first weeks, like I find it hard to go to gym 5 days at least in the first week and so on, so putting a schedule and forcing ourselves to stick with it regardless mood etc is a key.
