And I know it, its just something about someone I love and that I can't meet her or be with her etc. It makes me sad and heartbroken.

Just take it easy and relax know that the cure to your sadness can only come from the light is can never be found in PMO. You can be free but it's a process :)

@Newgirl Thank you, and I know indeed that PMO is not the answer to anything except darkness. I want to stop my dark past now and forever.
Last week was unfortunately a week of unlucky events; which caused sadness and negative energy in me.

This week on the other hand has been running smooth. :)
