honestly, I don't know man, I've never been able to.. too ashamed. Long ago, my brother got caught doing it. My mother just started crying and having a conversations with me of how to handle it.. while I am still in my "very dark" phase too. That's just my tipping point. I don't want to make the one I care about crying like this.. so yeah. Find something to rehab, then met this site.
