Same! I'm two weeks into a reboot and feeling good. It's hard, but worth it. Hope you are well

I'm into a reboot since January, 18, 2018. I feel at January, 30 and I'm into reboot since then. I actually am not feeling very well lately, my humor is changing a lot, but I wanna go till the end! I am realising that I need more social contact. And you, do you have "enough" social contact? It's important, isn't it? :)

Absolutely. It's so important. We have a lot more free time now, and we should fill it with more social interaction.

If none of my friends are able to hang out, I usually go to the gym or just leave my apartment and walk around outside listening to music haha

I think we might feel bad sometimes because we no longer have porn and sex to cover up those emotions and let us escape from them. Now we have to face them. But that's important to do!

Yeah, I had to walk around this afternoon, it helped me to feel less stressed. I want to walk everyday and when I fix my eating I'll go back to gym ^^D

Since yesterday I'm feeling more and more that I need to hang out with friends. I'm realising that somehow the P was occupying the friends' space in my life

I'm conscious that I'm starting a new journey in my life. That makes me more confident despite I am not "happy" all the time hehe
