Hi Flyhigh. It sounds like you didn't view porn (well, maybe in your head you did). I wonder what evasive action you took during that week of lustful thoughts. What would have prevented you (with hindsight). That will help you in future.

I tried keeping myself busy reading the Bible the whole time but my depression/loneliness took the best of me.
