Yes, I know that he is kind. And I DO respect him. But this addiction is alienating enough as a woman, and to be here and have people talk around me as though I don’t exist or contribute is hurtful.
Understood. Hopefully, this isn't a common oversight. I tend to say bro/brother/buddy to 1 person. I'll have to improve on that w/ regard to the wider audiences!
@Hazel Simone I've done some research regarding the premise of words "brother"or"bro" being tossed abusively all over the place.Out of 456(there is +3,-3 error possibility)publicly visible posts on his profile, located 14 of them within which I found regarded words utilized.Within those 14,in one he is addressing towards female and male population(Nov 18, Page 23), very kind of him don't you think?I certainly do :).
@Hazel Simone So Within 456 public posts there are 13 in which those words are found, which basically means approximately 3% of all posts are "brother"-related, in which case I wouldn't agree with the statement above.
@Hazel Simone as far concerned the use of those words in replied post I do not count,since he referred always to a members which sexual orientation is male(at least that is what is noted on their profiles),and as I've noticed they like to call each other"bro"and "brother" which is common thing among male population .
Also I've seen statistical data published by one of most frequently visited pornography site (won't name it since it could be possible trigger for some here but I can sent you privately web address) that on average on every 4 male 1 is female ( in some countries is ratio is even 5:1). I think probably the ratio here in this community is probably similar.
Thank you Gray Wolf for your input. This post had a context of which VX is aware. Even if the majority are male, females shouldn’t be ignored or marginalized. Access to help is less available for women.
Oh, definitely. I've said lots of less-than-sensitive things over the years of NoFap. Learning to do better! Thanks for your guidance, @Hazel Simone :)
But to be precised , I don't think by his acts that he did any of those he simply communicated with them. As with that said above I agree, every one is equally worthy regardless of gender.
@Hazel Simone
