I'm hot all the time?! Help!!!

    Hello! The problem is that i'm always thinking about sex! Today i went to the university and in EVERY class i "fell in love" and fantasize with some random girl... That didn't happened before i started in this path... Also... I have a girlfriend... :/ And i'm really faithful, but i can't help it now... I'm not going to cheat or anything, but it's not nice thinking about it all the time :/
    And it makes me feel a little bit sad...
    What can i do? Will it go away!?
    I'm also afraid of losing my libido if i stop masturbating...
    It's my first time with no masturbation or porn, so i don't know if this things are normal...
    i'm going to have Flatlines trought all my life!? or they stop appearing someday?

    Congrats! you are making some good progress. This is normal. Don't be afraid of these things. Libido will be a rollercoaster for several months of reboot. It's upto you if you want to choose the hard reboot way to the easier pmo addiction route.

    The hot, I assume, will eventually turn cold. But once you become more and more healthy, the hot will return more and more. This time the hot will be directed towards long lasting and deep relationships, and not so much the flashes and constant distractions of looking at "hot" females.

    I have another question that is scaring me... will i have ED??? O_O
    I have a girlfriend.. i've been with her for 2 years... I don't want to have ED :c
    How does it works? Do you guys experienced it before?
    I'm REALLY afraid of this... :/
    I've never had problems with my erection, in fact, it's always really good...
    What i do have, is delayed ejaculation...
    Will the flatline appear trought all my life? Or is it just a "phase" in the recovery?

    Not all ED is caused by pmo addiction. It can be anxiety or other reasons behind it.

    Nofap comes with ups and downs. No can predict what days you wil have erections and what days you won't. It's a waste of time to even predict such kind of things. The best thing to do is go as far as you can before having sex like at least 100-120 days. Your life will improve in so many areas and sex would then would make your and your partner's mind blown. Have pateince and everything will be fine.

    Withdrawals will make life worse so be prepared for that. Withdrawals affect not just sexually but also physically and mentally. Only those who don't give up till the end are the ones who win.
