When I masturbate I edge out and don't ejaculate while masturbating, also porn is a minor problem but still not to be underestimated. When I Masturbate I usually have no trouble of getting it up with just pictures of girls. Please can anyone help me and tell me if I have a chance of having sex with my girlfriend in 4 days without touching my penis? Thanks

To be honest, I don't have a plan to fight PMO, especially M. I usually masturbate 3-4 days. And I wish I had a good plan. Any ideas how long the process takes? Or it depends?

True, the thing is that I was able to have an erection while having sex, maybe 80% hard. But I felt absolutely nothing. And once we went to me laying down and her on top, my erection went away....Start getting your tongue game up while you reboot though. She'll definitely appreciate you still caring about her needs, and if you do it good she won't mind not having a penis for a while.

It is a big step if you can understand what is triggering your urges, because this will allow you to be awake and kill those urges as soon as they appear. I recommend you to create your own "Emergency Toolbox" with readings that can be handy to read when you start feeling urges to screw up.
