Well, it's been a long time since i last posted and read somethin' in this forum... As you can see my updated badge in my signature you can figure out that i was PMO-ing recently.
So yeah, i was doing great, hadn't any urges during my 56 day NoFap session, but one day... 18th july... :((( i had the biggest urge for first time and i was like "man i gotta fight it..." 10 mins of insomnia and i changed my mind - "man whatever this is just a single relapse, tomorrow im gonna continue my NoFap session". One month later and i returned to one of my worst daily habits. I had one night a week ago when i PMO 3 times before i sleep. Now im starting again and really hope for longer session than 56 days. I started this on 25 may and if i didn't relapse at that time i was going to have 90 days now without PMO... worst month ever, yesterday and today i was feeling really awkward and tired and in combination with weed - you feel like trash! When i start my last year at school in the middle of september i'll have to reduce the weed man.. Even now im writing this and still im a bit high. :D So yeah, i hope not to relapse again in the next 6/7 months. I will be there i swear!

@Yoroto90 Welcome back here. 56 days was a good time off PMO. You could go on again, now beyond that. I finished my 30 yesterday and feel horny at times, but since I went 30 recently, I feel I can easily do more. I've been where you were with 3xPMO in one night! You can fight it by looking back at what caused it and avoiding the sequence by cutting off at the root or as soon as you know you are in a downward spiral to PMO.

Stay strong and don't let the chaser effect hit you now!
