    hi everyone, any pros got any tips on how to fight urges and upstain from from masterbation and porn?? want to pick your brain!

    I'm certainly not a pro but I keep busy and spend time with real people as much as I can. Exercise and running are two good ways to keep busy when the urge strikes. Good Luck!

    I agree, keep busy to not think about PM.
    Find a hobby and perhaps work out a bit, great for your health.
    Find your triggers, notice when you did M the most and make sure you don't let those triggers happend/fall into them.

    The road to success is long, but when you are willing to work for it, you'll get there.

    It sounds funny but it really helps when you are in trouble get down on the floor and do 30 pushups if you can do 50. After that your thoughts should be somewhere else ;)

    If you leave alone, put on your shoes and go for a walk. Maybe go to the market. Half an hour and the eagerness for porn should subside.

    If you leave with parents/SO, going to the market to buy stuff is always a good strategy. If not, cold shower it is. Call your mom/dad. Organize your drawers. Wash clothes. Wash dishes. Wash your shoes. You get it... just keep yourself busy.

    The common theme here. Stay busy, stay social.

    I'd say plan out everyday in advance. Mainly your downtime. Make sure you have activities to fill so you don't get bored. Go workout, find a new hobby, learn a new skill. Also put yourself in more social situations if possible.

    Additionally, plan out ways to clear your mind. Everyone is different here, so you need to find what works for you. For me, walking around for a few minutes helps. I have a bunch more, but i usually start with that.
