Right...where to start? Just to clarify, I was doing NoFap since 2014 but haven't been active on this site since then. Just two weeks ago (specifically on Friday, 04 August 2017) I started my streak again...after days and days, months and months of failure. I couldn't even last three full days without relapsing (M and P)! Can you believe that? Not even three days! Anyway, I started NF and lasted 13 days! I relapsed yesterday to P (I did both M and P) and one of my accountability partners suggested going back on the NoFap site.

I look back at all my conversations since I left this website but continued with NoFap and think to myself, "Wow, Ibrahim, are you that weak? You've wasted a couple of years." Don't get me wrong, though, I've learned a lot since 2014, while doing NoFap while not active on this site. But come on, man, enough is enough. Humans were created weak (weak in the sense that we are prone to temptations, etc.) but that is not a good enough excuse to relapse. My AP sent me this URL titled, "My Top Tips for leaving PMO behind" (https://www.nofap.com/forum/index.php?threads/my-top-tips-for-leaving-pmo-behind.35201/) and would really recommend it.

I didn't know what to write, to be honest. This is my introductory post back on this website and back on NoFap. NB: I relapsed yesterday (Thursday, 17 August 2017) to both M and P. Today, Friday, 18 August 2017 is Day 0 (for reference sake).

Thanks, guys, for reading! Much appreciated.

Have you created a journal by the way ? I'd create a journal and print out the tips and do a check list everyday making I followed all the tips. Best way to take action honestly.

Not sure how to, to be honest. I have created a day tracker sheet on my computer which shows me the date of when I started. Each time I pass a day, I will check the box and also I have a comments column for me to write comments on how my day went (i.e., were there any urges on a certain particular day, causes for urges, is there a pattern in past relapses, etc etc)
