i have been relapsing after every 5-8 days streak. So should try going with just M without P for a while, would it be helpful?

All is in our mind my friend! The 12 first days are the most difficult! After dopamine in our brain comes to normal levels and it is little easier! Read about dopamine and porn this helps you.

@Maverick300992 : if you have difficulties to break the first days cycle, you can set a reachable goal (let's say 8 days) with no PMO, then after that time allow you to M without porn once, and start again the cycle.
Do this for a while, and when you feel you can go further, try more days, and go on to your objectives.

Phase in the reboot. First 10 days no P. Next 10 add M. Next 10 add 0. After 30 days you are no PMO. That gives your body time to adjust to each level.

Straight cold turkey for 90 days after years of PMO makes no sense. Even phased in it's a shock to the system. Honestly think of it like drug withdrawal. Dopamine is dopamine regardless of the substance whether it's porn or hard drug.
