Anyone have any good movies I need to watch?

I'm going to watch Sleight tonight. So ya, I recommend it if you haven't seen it for starters.

The reviews are pretty mixed. If you like to find faults in movies even if they are good I'm sure you can find stuff to complain about.

Also The Whistleblower. About sex trafficking. Porn fuels sex trafficking. So really we shouldn't click that garbage ever again.

 

And about the title of this, I don't have any you need to watch, no.

But titles that I propose you watch, ya I have a ton more.

One more if you haven't seen it, it's a rare bird. Then I'll probs forget this thread exists.

"Waking Life" is great, if you havn't seen it. One of my all time favorites. Very philosophical.


Another philosophical trippy film I really enjoyed, but that most people didn't, was "Vanilla Sky"


A few movies I saw recently that were great

"The Host" (Subtitled) (If you like creature features) This movie was a serious 10/10 in my opinion. Creature Feature, Action, Comedy, Family Movie, Dark Comedy. Just a mix of everything blended so seamlessly.


"Road To Busan" (Subtitled) This is a "Redemption" story hidden within a Zombie movie.


I'm more of a horror buff than anything, if it's a genre you like. Could always watch something insane like "Where The Dead Go To Die" if you want to have a psychotic break to distract you from your day to day life lol.

Post apocalyptic movie about a cool old dude with cool glasses, a cool coat, boots, a shotgun and a machete. He wonders the wasteland with a goal in mind. blablabla cant say much, good movie! There's also an awesome scene where he is trapped by four other wastelanders and does some more cool shiz!



This is one of the few books i read and reread. A monster calls by Patrick ness. So the story goes that the kids mother has an illness and the kid is being bullied at school and the aunt or something comes over to look after him while her mother goes for treatment and things. The boys parents are divorced so he's not that close with his dad. BUt basically he kind of awakes this tree demon spirit thing. But he's nice and tells stories and stuff. yay. hopefully that didnt spoil things. uhoh sorryyy.
