Day 17: I don't recognize much changes so far. But I was flatlining for the past few days. Maybe the changes will come with the end of the flatlining? Anyone who has experienced that before?

 

Hey I'm feeling pretty lonely atm,I left all my friends because they all smoke shit loads of dope and can't be dealing with that stuff anymore it's been about 8 months Im getting better through the gym but I still M once or twice a day and really wanna get 'clean' and focused would love to join you guys

 

Today is the first day for me. So its just the beginning. We can do this.

 

I'm on 4th day.I have been masterbating since I was 12. I am a porn and masterbating Addict. I can't sleep without watching porn & masturbating. I faps two-three times a day using prone masterbation method. It has got hold of me. But now I'm determined to complete 90 day nofap challenge.
