Affecting my personal & work life

    My porn addiction is affecting my work at office and even my relations with my wife and child at home I can control my frustrations and are resulting in anger

    Hopefully this will help me in overcoming my addiction

    I do this exact thing and have found it works very well. Writing here has been the most effective tactic for me. Good luck with what you are doing.
