What works for you?

    Hi folks, I was wondering if y'all could list some things that help you abstain from PMO.

  2. Something that has helped me significantly since the past few days is going out and jogging every morning, 5 times a day. It helps remove the sexual frustration and also weakens the urges immensely, without a doubt. Ever since I've starting going for a jog and playing some sports such as football and badminton my urges are non-existent because my legs are sore and I don't pay any attention to the urges anymore and the days are also going quicker. So, my advice is to go out or do a new activity and enjoy yourself, try not to stay home much.. good luck. :D

    Yh I guess my biggest problem is that I dont get out much. Sometimes a place you call home, where your're supposed to feel most at ease, is the same place that is causing you so much pain....I need to get out more lol thank you for your advice....I feel like for me the days that are best are the days where I'm strict with my sleeping schedule....if im not then the inevitable happens...

    I have realised that I indulge in PMO mostly when I am feeling lazy or lonely. So indulging myself in something that I find interesting or chatting with my mates helps me take my mind off PMO? I try to stay busy and always keep something interesting to do as a buffer. It could be some interesting article or some TV series/anime.

    now that i think about it...its when im bored/lonely/stressed that the thought crosses my mind to indulge......Willpower is at an all time low at those emotional states......thats the problem.....
