Just wanted to post something simple about relapsing and resetting.

Plain and simple you determine if you relapse or reset depending on your actions and situation. I feel so many people think that the slightest thing that relates to PMO is a relapse. I feel that is not true at all!!

Here's what I mean. Today I slipped and started to look at porn but walked away after 2-4 minutes. To me, that's not a relapse. I don't m or o and I didn't binge. If anything, I use it as a sign of strength to show how much I am growing and progressing. Granted, if I would have actually went the whole way or would've binged like some people do then I agree, it's a relapse. But to me, quick brushes that happen PERIODICALLY(that's key!) is not a relapse!! You shouldn't seek out instances to put yourself in a bind to consistently relapse or be at risk of it. But, if a quick instance comes and goes and you resist or walk away that is not a relapse. That is a victory friends!! At least it is in my book.

Please feel free to post your opinion!!

Depending on what your ultimate goals are, watching P regardless if you M or O doesn't help your brain during the rebooting process. your dopamine levels will still spike and if you are trying to view woman in a different view instead of sex objects then I'd recommend steering clear of it. Or if you were experiencing ED and you regularly had to think of P to help you, again it's about cleansing your body and rewiring your brain to really reap the full benefits of it all. Some days I think just M without P is better than P with no M. Either way it's bound to eventually lead you to a relapse
