So today is my 12th day of a reboot and had my biggest urge since I began almost two weeks ago. I had to lie down, which then led to me edging (I wouldn't even call it edging but I fapped very lightly for a couple of minutes). I was curious if this'll stunt any progress. I'm doing NoFap to cure PIED which has been a problem for a few years now ever since I became sexually active.
Good work with 12 days! Be careful with edging. That's a almost safe recipe to relapse. In my experience.
