Keep reading up on the forums, but don't neglect to do other simple things in life that will also help prevent moments of low-willpower (like exercising regularly, eating well, sleeping well, drink less alcohol or be cautious what times you do, and having work or healthy tasks to focus on at all times). How soon's the wedding?
