Not really the person to advise you since I too am having the same problem, but it is best that you start with setting down some goals that you would like to achieve. But make sure that your goals are specific, measurable, achievable, results-oriented, and time-bound. You can refer to this website for more info on this type of goal setting. Also, make sure to always reflect on your progress - keep a journal (either book or web-based journal is okay, as long as you do entries consistently).

Also, self-discipline is the key to success in this journey. Even if you have tools that can block porn websites and limit your gaming time, that kind of system can be easily overridden by our own hands (I've done this so many times, I basically don't want to rely on applications at all.) So, it's all up to you, if you really want to stop PMO and becoming the best version of yourself. When 2 hours for gaming is already up, it's up to you to stop playing the games and shut down the computer. When today you need to do some workout, it's up to you to get your body moving to the gym or the park.

I hope you best of luck in your studies and your journey to becoming PMO-free! ;)
